Tuotix does not file, send, or submit disputes on behalf of customers without explicit human approval. The platform assists with evidence preparation and case management. The customer’s authorised users make all consequential decisions.

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Tuotix. Customers retain full ownership of their data uploaded to the platform. Tuotix does not use customer data for training AI models or for purposes beyond the contracted service.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and current. However, product capabilities, availability, and pricing may change. Claims on this site are limited to what we can substantiate. We do not make unsupported performance guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuotix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability related to the product platform is governed by the signed customer agreement.
